Axolot, along with our guides and instructors, has professional liability insurance, but it is always advisable to have your own insurance.
Certification:
Proof of your latest certification and a copy of your last dive from your logbook will be required. Failure to provide certification proof may result in a change of package, type of dives, and pricing.
If you are taking diving courses with Axolot and are unable to complete your training within the scheduled time frame, according to SDI TDI standards, additional charges may apply.
Liability Declaration
A medical questionnaire will be required at the beginning of your stay. Inform your instructor or guide of your physical condition and provide a letter from your doctor if you are aware of any illness or disability that may prevent you from diving. Depending on your responses to the questionnaire, you may be required to obtain a medical certificate from a diving physician.
Payment Request
_ A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking courses or excursions.
_ The remaining payment must be made before your departure or upon arrival, before starting the activities.
_ Any other fees will be specified in your booking quote.
_ Deposits are non-refundable.
_ PAYPAL payments are subject to a 4% surcharge.
_ All currency conversions will be detailed in the final quote.
_ No refunds or compensation will be issued by Axolot for any reserved course, excursion, or equipment not used.
Modifications:
